  They screw up your order, service is consistenly slow and tonight they werent taking debit so its inconvenient as well. You could order pizza and get it while youre still in line waiting.

  The place was ok. Food was Good, but ever since the service counters changed to electronic ordering systems, the waiting time for your food has increased.

  Food was OK but services sucks. " HERE YOU GO" was all she said when she handed me my food. What am I a dog?
  
  Plus the restaurant was dirty with garbage cans stuffed, trash on the floor and dirty tables. Will need to be desperately hungry to ever go back again. Actually, I'll go elsewhere.

  this location is small. Its clean, staff are friendly but service is dreadfully slow.. patio is nice as is the mature tree and small spit of grass.. leaves it feeling less urban as you eat outside.. the angus burger i ordered was a huge and expensive dissapointment. It didnt look anything like the photo. It was just two large buns with a slightly smaller patty. It was dry, and didnt have much in the way of toppings or flavour. I wont make that mistake again. The Fries and Coke (though coffee i ordered was luke warm. See slow service) were ok and what youve come to expect from the franchise.

  They can't make burgers evenly nor can they make raps; sauce was leaking from one end while the other was dry. I typically don't care to call and complain at it's cheap food but after a year of this I've had enough. Back 10 years ago I could just calll in and happy to compensate. Now customer service was very rude and arrogant.
